Do you do refunds?

Since our Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased. However that is the reason why we give you a free trial to test drive the program, we truly believe if you apply yourself, you will not be asking for a refund, because of the incredible results your about to achieve!

Can I still do this if I'm injured?

That depends on the nature and the severity of your injury. If it is a niggle and a bit of a sore twitch here and there, we can work around those injuries utilizing our Low-Impact options that are usually available on the daily workouts.

Also you can email us anytime and ask how to work around specific injuries. If the injury is severe and puts your life in danger then no unfortunately this program will not be for you, please see your doctor before taking on any of our programs.

How much weight can I lose on your program?

That depends on many variables.

1) How much weight you have to lose. A person who is 100kg overweight will easily and quickly lose at least 20kg (if they adhere to the program) however someone who has only 5kg to lose may take a bit longer because the body is about survival and will try and hold onto that last bit of bodyfat.

2) Depends on your adherence to a calorie deficit, basically eating less than your body needs to maintain it's body weight (please buy one of meal plans to make it easy)

3) The truth remains that if you follow the above steps and also remain consistent and do not give up, we've had people lose 50kg, we've had others lose 96kg! And of course we have had many who have simply toned up and became healthy
